Package Lost / Damage
Lost Packages
A package will be considered lost if:
The tracking status shows no updates for more than 2 weeks, or
The order is not delivered within 14 days from the dispatch date.
In such cases, you may choose one of the following resolutions:
Full refund issued to your original payment method, or
Free replacement shipment if you prefer the order to be resent.
We’re committed to making things right — please contact us with your order details, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Packages
If any DVDs arrive damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve this:
We will send replacements for the damaged DVDs.
Proof is required — please provide clear photos of the damaged items and their packaging for verification.
