We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. and internationally. However, please note that a shipping fee will be deducted in the case of returns or refunds to help cover original shipping costs.

Where Do We Ship From?

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for handling and processing before your order ships. If additional time is needed (due to stock verification or volume), we will notify you via email—so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox during this period.

Important Notes:

Out-of-Stock Items: While we strive to keep all titles in stock, availability may vary. If any items are unavailable, we’ll reach out via email. If we don’t receive a reply within 24 hours, we’ll proceed to ship the available items.

Email Delivery Issues: In some cases, email systems may block or filter our messages due to firewalls or whitelisting settings. If we are unable to contact you successfully, we will hold your shipment for 48 hours. If there is still no communication, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Estimated Delivery Time (ETA)

Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days depending on your location. Please understand that occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
