We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. However, please note that in the case of returns or refunds, a shipping fee will be deducted to help cover the original shipping costs.

Where Do We Ship From?

All orders are shipped directly from our U.S.-based warehouse, allowing us to maintain efficient inventory management and careful packaging. This ensures that every DVD you order is handled with care and shipped from a secure, reliable location.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for order handling and processing before shipment. If additional time is needed due to stock verification or high order volume, we’ll notify you via email—so please keep an eye on your inbox. Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Important Notes

Out-of-Stock Items: We do our best to keep all titles available. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you via email. If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, we’ll proceed to ship the available items.

Email Delivery Issues: Occasionally, email systems may block or filter our messages. If we cannot reach you, your order will be held for 48 hours. If there’s still no communication, it will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
