Instead, we will provide replacements for any defective DVDs—as long as the quantity is within a reasonable and manageable amount. Please report such issues with photos for verification.

2. Non-Resale or Marketplace Issues

We do not accept returns or refunds if you are unable to resell the DVDs due to reasons such as:

Platform-specific requirements (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart)

Important: We do not issue invoices or documentation tailored for selling on platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart. Please ensure our products meet your platform’s standards before ordering.

3. Final Returns

If a return is approved for any reason:

You must return the items to our warehouse (address provided upon approval).

We reserve the right to refund only up to 50% of the original sale price to cover shipping and handling costs incurred on our end, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
