Lost Packages

A package will be considered lost if:

The tracking status shows no updates for over 4 weeks, or

The order is not delivered within 5 weeks from the dispatch date.

In such cases, you may choose one of the following resolutions:

Full refund, issued to your original payment method.

Free replacement shipment, if you’d prefer the order resent.

We’re committed to making things right—please contact us with your order details and we’ll act promptly.

Packages Arriving Damaged

If any DVDs arrive damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve this:

We will send replacements for the damaged DVDs, which will be included with your next order.

Please provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging for verification.

Customer Complaints (For Resellers)

If you are reselling our DVDs and receive complaints from your customers:

We will directly send replacements to your customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for them.

Please share the customer’s name, address, and details of the complaint so we can assist efficiently.
